Build your own Arduino project

Hands on experience building your own Arduino project

Description

The Arduino is a miniature computer that can be programmed to manipulate electric signals and react to inputs from its environment. We introduce the Arduino through simple projects where we blink LEDs, react to sensor input, and control motors. Once students understand the basics, we teach our design thinking approach to solving real-world problems with the Arduino.

We prefer to use off-the-shelf materials in our classes, to show students that they can hack together solutions with whatever is available to them. Arduino
